A.B. is an Oregon-born, New York-based conceptual artist engaging in a multifaceted practice encompassing photography, sculpture, and performance. This interdisciplinary approach merges theory with execution to explore concepts of institutional authority, cultural creation, and the shared human experience through poetic structure and gesture.

Holding a BFA in Photography from the State University of New York at New Paltz, A.B. has exhibited internationally with: The Samuel Dorsky Museum - New Paltz, NY, The Artbar Gallery - Kingston, NY, the Newburg Community Photo Project Gallery - Newburgh, NY, and the Space Place Gallery - Nizhny Tagil, Russia. He is the recipient of the 2022 Giancarlo Traverso Award and a 2021 inaugural Truth be Told Fellow with the Newburgh Community Photography Project.
